Location: Hybrid/Remote — Nashville, TN (flexible)

Compensation: Up to $160,000 base + discretionary bonus

Requirements: 5+ years public accounting tax experience | CPA required or actively pursuing

We are hiring a Tax Manager to join a growing tax practice serving a diverse client base across construction, real estate, nonprofits, individuals, trusts, partnerships, and more.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• CPA required or actively pursuing
• Strong foundation across individual, trust, partnership, and business entity taxation
• Experience reviewing returns and managing client relationships
• Comfortable supervising and developing junior staff
• Construction, real estate, or nonprofit experience a plus
• Self-directed and collaborative — you thrive in a close-knit environment

• Base salary up to $160,000, commensurate with experience
• Discretionary bonus — typically 10% on average
