Compensation: Up to $160,000 base + bonus + benefits

We are hiring an Audit Manager with NFP and Single Audit experience to join a growing assurance practice in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Single Audit and NFP assurance engagements from planning through issuance
- Review workpapers, financial statements, and audit reports for accuracy and compliance
- Serve as primary client contact — managing relationships, timelines, and deliverables
- Mentor, supervise, and develop senior associates and staff
- Identify and communicate risk areas, technical issues, and audit findings clearly and proactively
- Stay current on Uniform Guidance, Government Auditing Standards, and evolving audit standards
- Collaborate with partners on practice development and engagement strategy
Qualifications
- Active CPA license required
- 5+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Single Audit / Uniform Guidance experience required — this is the differentiator for this role
- NFP audit background strongly preferred
- Experience managing client relationships and supervising audit teams
- Strong technical knowledge of audit standards, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
- Self-directed and comfortable operating in a fully remote environment
- Collaborative, team-first mentality with strong written and verbal communication skills
