Traveling Lead Superintendent – Healthcare Construction - up to $135K Base + Bonus + Car Allowance + Per Diem

Location: Tennessee (Near Nashville)

Project Duration: ~12 months (with 2 additional TN projects to follow)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent (Or local to Nashville area) with a strong background in ground-up or Tenant Improvement healthcare construction to lead an upcoming project in Tennessee, just outside of Nashville. This is a long-term opportunity, with two additional healthcare projects in Tennessee already in the pipeline following the initial 12-month build.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site construction activities for a ground-up healthcare facility
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and project team members to maintain schedule and quality
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, healthcare regulations, and company procedures
• Manage site logistics, inspections, and quality control from mobilization through closeout
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and client team to ensure successful delivery
• Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and progress updates

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on healthcare construction projects
• Proven experience delivering ground-up healthcare facilities (hospital, medical office, surgery center, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of healthcare codes, inspections, and regulatory requirements
• Willingness and ability to travel and work on-site in Tennessee
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA certification preferred
