Job Title: Senior Tax Manager

Company Profile: Virtual Accounting Firm

Remote: Yes - 100% remote

Role Summary: Team up with the Founder & Owner to oversee & grow the Tax Department

Compensation: Up to $180k base + annual bonus & full benefits

We're a privately owned & operated boutique CPA & CSA firm (~35 employees) supporting small to mid sized businesses for their Tax & full service accounting needs.

The owner of the firm has been successfully building including from the ground up. Now, in a position to ideally find a #2 individual, who could help run the tax arm of the business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Owner/Founder to lead & run the Tax Department
• Mentor & develop the team
• Be able to step in for high level clientele to complete compliance work
• Review team compliance work

Qualifications

• 10+ years of public accounting experience
• CPA licensed
• Ideally working with small / mid sized business clientele
