Tax Senior / Supervisor – High Net Worth Clients

We’re a well established, growth focused CPA and advisory firm seeking an experienced Tax Senior or Supervisor to join our expanding High Net Worth practice. This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the U.S., offering flexibility, meaningful client work and a path for professional development.

In this position, you’ll work closely with HNW individuals, family groups, and their closely held entities. You’ll be responsible for preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, supporting strategic planning, and helping lead day-to-day engagements - all within a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and/or review individual, trust, and pass-through entity tax returns
• Conduct tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and their family offices
• Collaborate with Managers and Partners to deliver proactive client service
• Research complex tax issues and present findings to internal and external stakeholders
• Support and mentor junior staff
• Help maintain high standards of quality and client communication throughout engagements

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of recent public accounting experience
• Strong experience with HNW individuals, trusts, estates, and family entities
• CPA license or actively pursuing CPA
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage deadlines
• Experience with tax software (e.g., CCH, ProSystem, or similar)
