Tax Manager (Generalist) | Fully Remote (U.S.-based required)

$140,000 - $165,000 salary + performance bonuses, full benefits, unlimited PTO, partner track growth, low-billable hours

Due to client growth, we're looking for an experienced Tax Manager to run both business and individual tax engagements end-to-end for clients across a blend of different sectors.

What You'll Do:

• Handle tax compliance and planning for a diverse client base of closely-held businesses and their owners
• Manage client relationships and engagements
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff and senior associates (approx. 2-3)
• Contribute to firm growth by offering valuable feedback

What We're Looking For:

• 6-10+ years of public accounting & tax experience
• At least 1+ years of Supervisor or Management experience
• Strong technical experience with 1040, 1120s, 1120, and 1065 tax compliance
• Ability to serve as a primary point of contact and advisor to clients
• Active CPA, EA, or J.D. required

Nice to Have:

• Trust, Estate, and Gift experience is a plus
• Master's Degree in Taxation
