The Opportunity

We are seeking a Generalist Tax Manager to lead engagements across individuals, partnerships, and closely held businesses. This is a fully remote role offering strong flexibility, meaningful client exposure, and a clear path for continued growth.

What You’ll Do

• Review complex tax returns (individual, partnership, S-Corp, and trust)
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
• Provide tax planning and consulting across a variety of industries
• Research and resolve federal and state tax issues
• Mentor and review work of staff and seniors
• Manage multiple engagements and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate directly with firm leadership on client strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong experience with individual, business, and trust taxation
• CPA OR EA required (or actively pursuing with strong progress)
• Experience with tax software such as CCH Axcess / ProSystem fx (preferred)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
