The Role:
As a Client Accounting Senior Associate, you'll support accounting operations for a portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses and family offices while working 100% remotely from anywhere in the United States. This role is built for an experienced accounting professional ready to take meaningful ownership of client deliverables, sharpen their advisory skills, and grow into a leadership track at a firm that invests in its people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of CAS clients (AR/AP, payroll, reconciliations, month-end close)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with supporting analysis
- Assist with cash flow reporting, KPI dashboards, and financial insights for business owner clients
- Collaborate with managers, tax, and assurance teams to deliver integrated client solutions
- Support client onboarding and technology implementation projects
- Mentor and review work of junior associates as you develop your leadership presence
- Serve as a day-to-day client contact, building trust and delivering consistent, high-quality service
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in client accounting services/outsourced accounting at a public accounting firm (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license or active pursuit preferred
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar cloud-based accounting platforms
- Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting, financial statement preparation, and GAAP
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with business owner clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills across multiple client engagements

Total Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
