Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 Base Salary + Benefits

We maintain strong partnerships with Cisco, Palo Alto, Microsoft, AWS, and other leading technology manufacturers, delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across client environments.

We are currently hiring a Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team, supporting networking and infrastructure environments across a diverse client base.

Position Overview

As a Managed Services Network Engineer, you will support enterprise networking environments across multiple client infrastructures, providing operational support, troubleshooting, and ongoing infrastructure management.

This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing network infrastructure including routing and switching, wireless networking, and security platforms while ensuring stability and performance across client environments.

Engineers on this team collaborate closely with internal architects and operations teams while serving as a technical escalation point for complex networking issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Support enterprise network infrastructure across managed services customer environments
• Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching platforms
• Support network security infrastructure including firewalls and segmentation technologies
• Troubleshoot and maintain wireless networking environments
• Monitor network performance and resolve infrastructure issues across client environments
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management initiatives
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex network troubleshooting
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stability and reliability across managed environments
• Provide documentation and operational support for client infrastructure environments

Qualifications

• 4+ years of network engineering or network operations experience within enterprise environments
• Experience supporting multiple customer environments within an MSP, VAR, or managed services organization
• Strong hands-on experience supporting Cisco routing, switching, and enterprise network infrastructure
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting network security and/or wireless environments
• Knowledge of core networking protocols and enterprise networking fundamentals
• Experience working within ticket-driven operational environments and escalation workflows
• Active CCNA or CCNP certifications strongly preferred
• Exposure to multi-vendor networking technologies is a plus
