Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager – Fully Remote

$140K – $180K Base + Bonus

We’re working with a well-established CPA firm that’s continuing to grow and add experienced Tax Managers and Senior Tax Managers to the team. With 30+ years of history, the firm has consistently evolved its processes, technology, and service model to keep pace with client needs.

The firm supports a mix of high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, and multi-entity groups across a range of industries. The work is steady, the clients are established, and the environment is structured without being rigid.

Coming out of busy season, the team is in a good place - workloads are balanced, processes are in place, and there isn’t a backlog of cleanup work waiting.

This is a good fit for someone who wants to stay technical, work with solid clients, and be part of a team that runs in a more predictable way.

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of clients across S Corps, Partnerships, and individuals
• Mix of review, planning, and hands-on work depending on your preference
• Direct client interaction - not just back-end production
• Review work from seniors and staff and help keep things moving
• Partner with leadership on more complex engagements

What They’re Looking For

• 6–10+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong background with flow-through entities and individual returns
• Experience reviewing work and managing client relationships
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with clear communication
• CPA or EA required
