Fully Remote - Tax Manager, Small Businesses

Location: Fully Remote - Anywhere in the U.S.

Compensation: Up to $200K base + bonus

License: CPA or EA Required

Experience: Minimum 5+ years Public Accounting

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Tax manager who is passionate about helping small businesses succeed and is excited to grow alongside a firm that is investing heavily in its people, technology, and future leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of closely held businesses and their owners
• review business and individual tax returns while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Deliver proactive tac planning and advisory services that help client minimize tax exposure and achieve their business goals
• Serve as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and leadership teams
• Collaborate with firm leadership on process improvements and technology initiatives

Qualifications:

• CPA or EA required
• Minimum 5+ years of public accounting experience
• Experience reviewing S-Corporation, Partnership, and Individual tax returns
• Strong understanding of small business tax planning and compliance
