Location: Fully Remote within the U.S.

Compensation: $160,000–$180,000 Base + Full Benefits

As we continue to expand our Client Accounting Services practice, we are adding a Senior CAS Manager to help lead and scale our advisory-focused outsourced accounting services. This is a Senior-level role for an experienced CAS leader who enjoys building teams, refining processes, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients — while maintaining strong work-life balance in a fully remote environment.


Position Overview

The Senior Client Accounting Services Manager plays a key leadership role within our CAS practice. You will oversee client engagements, mentor and develop team members, help evolve service delivery, and partner with firm leadership on the continued growth of our CAS offerings.


This role is hands-on and strategic — combining client advisory, operational leadership, and team development. While this is not a department head position, it carries meaningful visibility and influence within the firm.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage multiple CAS client engagements, serving as a trusted advisor to key clients
  • Oversee delivery of outsourced accounting services including financial reporting, payroll coordination, and operational accounting support
  • Help refine and implement scalable workflows, service standards, and best practices across CAS
  • Coach, mentor, and develop CAS managers, supervisors, and staff
  • Partner with firm leadership on service offerings, pricing strategies, and growth initiatives
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Support the continued evolution of our CAS model toward higher-value advisory services


What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of accounting experience, with significant exposure to Client Accounting Services / outsourced accounting
  • 5+ years in a senior or management-level CAS role
  • Experience helping build, scale, or modernize a CAS or bookkeeping practice
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, payroll, and outsourced accounting services
  • Proven ability to lead teams while managing multiple client relationships
  • CPA preferred
  • Comfortable driving process improvement and change within a growing organization
  • Strong client-facing and relationship management skills

  • Base salary range: $160,000–$180,000, depending on experience

Work Arrangement
