Senior Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager – 100% Remote
Location: Fully Remote within the U.S.
Compensation: $160,000–$180,000 Base + Full Benefits

As we continue to expand our Client Accounting Services practice, we are adding a Senior CAS Manager to help lead and scale our advisory-focused outsourced accounting services. This is a Senior-level role for an experienced CAS leader who enjoys building teams, refining processes, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients — while maintaining strong work-life balance in a fully remote environment.
Position Overview
The Senior Client Accounting Services Manager plays a key leadership role within our CAS practice. You will oversee client engagements, mentor and develop team members, help evolve service delivery, and partner with firm leadership on the continued growth of our CAS offerings.
This role is hands-on and strategic — combining client advisory, operational leadership, and team development. While this is not a department head position, it carries meaningful visibility and influence within the firm.
