Traveling Commercial Superintendent - Up to $110K Base + $925/Week Per Diem + Vehicle or $1200/Month Car Allowance

Location: Initial Project in North Carolina (Travel Required) - ground up Fast Food Restaurant

Company Projects: Primarily across the Southeast

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Commercial Superintendent to oversee a ground-up fast food restaurant project in North Carolina. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and is comfortable traveling to projects throughout the Southeast as we continue to grow.

The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of ground-up commercial construction from mobilization through closeout
• Manage daily on-site operations, subcontractors, and trade partners
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate inspections and milestones
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and local codes
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor quality, progress, and safety
• Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Resolve field issues quickly and proactively
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects
• Previous experience with restaurant or retail construction strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage fast-track schedules
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast
• Proficiency with construction technology and reporting tools
