Tax Senior Manager / Director

100% Remote | $165K–$225K Base + Bonus | Partnership & Pass-Through Tax

We are working with an established, top-ranked CPA & Advisory firm that is continuing to grow its Tax practice and looking to hire an experienced Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director. The most immediate need is for someone with a strong generalist tax background and significant experience with partnerships, pass-through entities and privately held businesses.

What We're Looking For

• Active CPA
• 8+ years of Public Accounting & Tax experience
• Senior Manager / Director-level experience or an experienced Tax Manager ready to take the next step
• Strong generalist tax background with significant Partnership and pass-through experience
• Experience with complex business tax compliance, planning and advisory work
• Strong client relationship and engagement management experience
• Experience reviewing complex returns and overseeing Managers, Seniors and Staff
• Additional experience with HNWI, Real Estate, Private Equity or closely held businesses is a plus
