What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Collaborate with clients to provide proactive tax planning and advisory services
• Stay current on tax regulations and identify opportunities for client savings
• Mentor junior staff (Senior level) and contribute to a positive team environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or pursuing preferred)
• 2+ years of public accounting tax experience (level dependent)
• Strong technical tax knowledge and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying team-oriented
• Excellent communication and client service skills

What we offer:

• Base Salary up to $100K DOE
• 3 weeks PTO + 2 weeks sick time
