Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager – Multiple Openings, Fully Remote Work Model

$150-215K+ Base DOE

Nationally recognized CPA firm with 30+ years of success is expanding and adding several experienced professionals at the Tax Manager and Senior Tax Manager levels.

The firm serves a broad client base spanning high-net-worth individuals, family groups, and privately held businesses across industries such as real estate, professional services, technology, investment partnerships, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client relationships across a portfolio of flow-through entities (S Corps, Partnerships) and HNWI's
• Oversee complex tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements
• Mentor and review the work of seniors and staff, fostering growth and accountability
• Conduct technical tax research and communicate findings clearly to clients and colleagues
• Collaborate with partners to identify and implement client-focused tax strategies
• Deliver high-quality work while maintaining strong attention to deadlines and detail

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
• Master’s in Taxation or Accounting (preferred)

Experience

• 8+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience
• Strong technical foundation in partnership, S-Corp, and individual taxation
• Experience managing staff and client engagements
• Background in advisory, planning, or private foundation work is a plus

Certifications

• Active CPA or EA required
