The Role:
As Audit Manager, you'll lead complex audit engagements from planning through delivery while developing the next generation of audit professionals. This is a true leadership role combining technical expertise with business development and genuine partnership track opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct comprehensive audit engagements across diverse client portfolios from conception through delivery
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior associates and staff auditors
- Lead client meetings and serve as primary relationship manager for assigned accounts
- Drive business development initiatives and expand client service offerings
- Collaborate with partners on strategic firm growth and service expansion
- Ensure quality control and compliance with professional standards across all engagements
What You Bring:
- 5-6+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience
- Active CPA licensure in good standing (required)
- Minimum 1-2 years of team leadership and client management at manager level
- Advanced technical competency across multiple industries and engagement types
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Business development mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities

- Base Salary: $110,000-$160,000+ (based on experience and specialization)
- Annual Performance Bonus: 8% average (typical range 5-12% based on individual and firm performance)
