What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving revenue through your own enterprise relationships and new business development
- Setting the pace by actively engaging in strategic pursuits while guiding the broader sales team
- Coaching and mentoring team members to elevate performance and consistency
- Building a culture of accountability where results are achieved through collaboration and trust
- Partnering with OEMs and technology partners to craft high-impact client solutions
- Establishing scalable account strategies, sales processes, and forecasting discipline
- Acting as a strategic advisor to enterprise executives navigating complex technology decisions
What You Bring
- A strong personal track record of success in enterprise IT solutions sales
- A portable book of business and deep client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to sell across multi-technology stacks (Cloud, Security, Networking, AI/ML)
- Previous leadership or “player/coach” experience — able to balance personal production with team development
- Strong collaboration skills with OEMs and technical teams to deliver enterprise outcomes
- A leadership style rooted in accountability, respect, and results
