Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager – HNW, Flow-Through, Real Estate, Medical (Fully Remote)
A nationally growing, fully remote public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join its expanding tax practice. This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role working directly with high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, and their ownership groups across multiple industries.
The firm is Texas-based with ~70 professionals nationwide, but this role is 100% remote and open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.
What You’ll Be Working On
- High-net-worth individual tax compliance and planning
- Flow-through entities: Partnerships & S-Corps
- Closely held businesses and owner-operator structures
- Real estate clients (investors, operating entities, multi-entity groups) – strong plus
- Medical clients (physicians, dental groups, practice owners) – strong plus
- Select non-profit engagements
- Direct interaction with business owners, entrepreneurs, and their advisory teams
- Review, planning, workflow management, and staff development
What They’re Looking For
- 7+ years of public accounting tax experience (Manager or ready-to-step-up Senior)
- Strong background in HNW + business tax
- Experience with partnerships, S-Corps, and complex individual returns
- UltraTax experience is a plus
- Comfortable owning client relationships and advising business owners
- CPA preferred
Compensation
- Base salary: $140,000 – $185,000+, depending on level, background, and book
