Audit Senior | Not-For-Profit Specialist | 100% Remote


Location: 100% Remote

Compensation: up to $120k base (depending on experience)

Requirements: CPA required, 3-4 years audit experience, NFP audit experience required


We are a fast-growing, 60-person CPA firm that works exclusively with not-for-profit organizations, hiring an Audit Senior to work on engagements for private foundations, trade associations, and charitable organizations. This isn't a firm where NFP sits at the bottom of the priority list—it's our entire focus, and we're looking for someone who shares that passion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute audit engagements for not-for-profit clients including private foundations and charitable organizations
  • Perform fieldwork on Uniform Guidance (Single Audit) engagements
  • Prepare workpapers, lead schedules, and draft financial statements
  • Coordinate with engagement managers and partners on client deliverables
  • Mentor and train staff auditors


Qualifications

  • CPA required
  • 3-4 years of audit experience
  • NFP audit experience required (this is non-negotiable and where most candidates fall short)
