Senior Account Executive – IT Solutions (National VAR)

Location: Fully Remote – U.S. Based (National Territory)

Compensation: $125,000 – $200,000 Base + Commissions + Full Benefits


We are a national, mid-sized, rapidly growing IT Solutions Provider serving commercial and enterprise customers across the U.S. Our team partners with leading technology vendors including Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Fortinet, Dell, HPE, Pure Storage, Juniper, CrowdStrike, and others.


We specialize in Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Cloud, and Cybersecurity, supporting complex, high-impact infrastructure and security initiatives for organizations that need more than just a transactional VAR. As our national footprint continues to expand, we are adding a Senior Account Executive to help drive new revenue while building long-term customer relationships.


About the Role:

This is an opportunity for an experienced IT sales professional to step into a senior, client-facing role with a national IT Solutions Provider. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business while growing and managing long-term relationships with commercial and enterprise customers across the U.S.


In this fully remote role, you will represent a broad portfolio of networking, cloud, data center, and cybersecurity solutions from leading technology vendors. You will partner closely with internal Solution Architects and vendor teams to design and deliver solutions that help customers modernize, secure, and scale their IT environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of commercial and enterprise accounts across the U.S.
  • Drive revenue through a blend of new business development and existing account expansion
  • Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, solution alignment, proposals, negotiation, and close
  • Act as a trusted advisor to IT leaders, security teams, and executive stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and vendor partners to build and deliver winning solutions
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across networking, cloud, data center, and cybersecurity


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of advanced technology sales experience within a VAR, MSP or OEM environment
  • Proven success selling IT services including data center, cloud, networking, cybersecurity and emerging technologies
  • Experience working with middle market, commercial and/ or enterprise customers
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Comfortable running full-cycle sales in a fully remote, national territory
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $125,000 – $200,000 (DOE) plus commission
