Aruba Network & Wireless Engineer
Location: Remote when not at customer sites
Travel: Customer-site travel as needed
Overview
We're partnering with an established technology solutions provider that is expanding its HPE Aruba Networking practice and looking to add a Network & Wireless Engineer.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role working across Aruba wireless, campus networking, switching, and Aruba Central environments.
We're open to engineers at different experience levels. You do not need to be an Aruba expert or hold a specific Aruba certification today. Candidates with solid enterprise networking and wireless experience who are interested in developing deeper Aruba expertise are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Work On
- Implement, configure, and troubleshoot Aruba networking and wireless solutions
- Deploy and support Aruba Access Points, Gateways / Controllers, and Aruba Central
- Configure and troubleshoot Aruba CX switching and campus networks
- Support wireless design, RF analysis, site surveys, AP placement, and optimization
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, VLANs, Layer 2 / Layer 3, and wireless connectivity
- Work directly with customers during implementations and troubleshooting
- Assist with network assessments, technical documentation, and project delivery

- Network Security & Segmentation
Aruba Certifications — Big Plus
Current or previous Aruba / HPE Aruba Networking certifications are highly valued, including:
- HPE Aruba Networking Certified Professional / Expert – Campus Access
- HPE Aruba Networking Certified Professional / Expert – Switching
- HPE Aruba Networking Certified Professional / Expert – Network Security
- HPE Aruba Networking ClearPass certifications
- ACMP / ACMX
- ACSP / ACSX
- ACCP / ACCX
- ACDP / ACDX
- CWNA / CWDP / CWSP / CWNE
Don't have the exact certification today? That's okay. Strong networking and wireless engineers who are willing and able to pursue additional Aruba certifications are encouraged to apply.
Ideal Background
Experience within an Aruba/HPE Partner, VAR, Systems Integrator, Professional Services organization, MSP, or enterprise IT environment is a plus.
