Position: Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager

Compensation: $150K - $220K salary, strong annual bonus, comprehensive benefits, 5 weeks PTO

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based Required)

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary tax advisor for a portfolio of HNWIs, families, and closely-held businesses
• Review complex Individual, S-Corp, Partnership, and Fiduciary tax returns
• Provide proactive, year-round tax planning - not just compliance
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with a manageable client base

What We're Looking For:

• Ideally, 5-10+ years of Public Accounting & Tax Exp.
• At least 1-3+ years of Management experience overseeing junior staff
• Strong technical knowledge of 1040, 1120s, 1120, and 1065 taxation
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA, EA, or JD designation required

Nice to Have:

• Master's Degree in Accounting or Taxation
• Construction & Real Estate client exposure
