Fully Remote Audit Manager / Senior Manager

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Compensation: $140K-$200K+ base salary + annual bonus (DOE)

We're currently partnering with a well-established, Top 100 public accounting firm who is looking to hire an experienced Audit Manager or Senior Manager to join its growing Assurance practice. The firm has built a strong reputation for employee retention, flexible work arrangements, and long-term career growth. The team works with a diverse client base across a variety of industries, providing exposure to both public and private company engagements. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys leading client engagements, mentoring staff, and wants to continue growing within a firm that values quality work and a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion
• Review financial statements and workpapers
• Develop and mentor staff while managing client relationships
• Serve a diverse client base across a variety of industries

Qualifications

• CPA required
• 7+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Strong tenure and progression throughout your career
• Experience auditing public, private, or both types of clients
• Prior experience with a Big 4 or Top 100 CPA firm is highly preferred
