Full Desk Executive Recruiter (Up to $200k Year 1 w/Manager & Leadership Track)

We’re a boutique recruiting firm focused on public accounting and construction, partnering with mid-sized companies to place high-level talent ($100K–$250K+ salaries).


This is a full-cycle, high-income sales role where you’ll build relationships, run your own desk, and close deals on both sides — clients and candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing (Full-Cycle Sales)


  • Build and manage a full sales pipeline (clients + candidates)
  • Prospect and develop relationships with decision-makers (VPs, Directors, Partners)
  • Source, qualify, and close high-level candidates on career opportunities
  • Partner with clients to fill $100K–$250K+ roles
  • Run full-cycle deal flow from outreach → qualification → close
  • Collaborate with a team of 10+ recruiters on active searches

Compensation

  • Top producers placing 5 - 10 candidates on a quarterly basis

Requirements


  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience or 1+ year of full-desk recruiting
