Remote: Yep 100% remote; we've been working remotely since start of covid & started our company fully remotely

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Team Bonuses + Quarterly Milestone Bonuses

We're a boutique headhunting agency that specializes in permanent placement for high value searches for our clients. We primarily service clients in public accounting, construction & tech to add key employees to their organization.


A fully remote organization with all of our key leaders & team members working remotely for 6+ years, so have built & generated a remote environment for high performance.


We're a full desk operation, which allows the opportunity for the recruiter to work all sides of the deal including identifying the right talent & matching with their client. Also, we play in a team sport set up where we also work closely with our team members & colleagues to team up on filling searches & split the deals.

Responsibilities


  • Identify, approach & vet potential candidates for urgent roles
  • Assist candidates throughout the interview process, order stage, role acceptance & transition into new role
  • Partner internally with other team members & colleagues to fill roles
  • Approach potential clients & convert into signed & interviewing clients to fill roles
