Job Title: Full Desk Headhunter / Recruiter

Remote: Yes can be anywhere in the US (Majority of the company is ET based with a few team members in MT & PT)

Responsibilities: Identify & deliver high quality candidates to our clients for a collected fee

Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission structure

We're a boutique permanent placement recruiting agency that primarily works with public accounting & construction mid sized clients to identify, interview & place high quality candidates to join their firm. Majority of the positions we are helping our client fill have a base salary of $100 - 250k and we charge a fee of the 1st year base salary for the candidate to join them.

This is a sales role as we're approaching & selling candidates on why to join our clients firm. As a full desk recruiter, to make the most money, you're selling to both sides the candidate & the hiring manager/client.

Major advantages we offer include can recruit for clients anywhere in the US - no territorial restrictions. Coming into a book of business that's already full throttle & access to that network. Fully remote (our company launched fully remote & our teams have worked together for 5+ years)

Role Responsibilities

• Sell high quality candidates on why to make a career move typically to a direct competitor or remote opportunity
• Develop relationships with small to mid sized businesses & they're decision makers to help fill open roles (100k+ roles)
• Collaborate with 10+ other recruiters on open roles to identify & deliver candidates

Requirements

• Comfortability & experience working remotely
• 2+ years of B2B selling experience or 1+ year of full desk recruiting exp
