What You’ll Be Doing (Full-Cycle Sales)

Build and manage a full sales pipeline (clients + candidates)

Prospect and develop relationships with decision-makers (VPs, Directors, Partners)

Source, qualify, and close high-level candidates on career opportunities

Partner with clients to fill $100K–$250K+ roles
- Run full-cycle deal flow from outreach → qualification → close
- Collaborate with a team of 10+ recruiters on active searches
