Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion
- Supervise and mentor audit staff and seniors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure quality and compliance with professional standards
- Identify opportunities for additional services and business development
- Collaborate with Partners on strategic initiatives and firm growth
What We're Looking For
Experience & Qualifications:
- CPA certification required
- 5-7+ years of audit experience in public accounting
- Management experience leading audit teams
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
