Tax Senior / Tax Supervisor (Remote/Hybrid)

Location: 100% Remote (U.S. based)

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000+


Our client is a top-ranked, established public accounting firm that continues to expand its tax practice and is looking to add an experienced Tax Senior or Tax Supervisor to the team.


This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment while advising privately held businesses and their owners on both compliance and tax planning matters.

What You'll Be Responsible For


In this role, you'll work with a diverse client base while managing a variety of tax engagements.


Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other related entities
  • Assisting clients with tax planning strategies and consulting projects
  • Researching and supporting multi-state tax matters
  • Managing multiple engagements while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
  • Developing strong relationships with business owners and serving as a trusted advisor
  • Working closely with partners and managers to resolve complex tax issues


Qualifications


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Around 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
  • Experience with individual, business, and pass-through entity taxation
  • The ability to independently manage projects and client relationships
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • CPA or EA designation preferred, though candidates actively pursuing certification are encouraged to apply
