Tax Senior / Tax Supervisor (Remote/Hybrid)

Location: 100% Remote (U.S. based)

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000+


We're collaborating with a growing CPA & Advisory firm, looking to add a Senior Tax Associate/Supervisor to the team. The team partners closely with privately held businesses and ownership groups across a diverse range of industries, delivering both tax compliance and strategic advisory services.


This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to complex tax engagements, meaningful client interaction, and close collaboration with firm leadership — all within a fully remote and highly collaborative environment. What You'll Be Responsible For


In this role, you'll work with a diverse client base while managing a variety of tax engagements.


Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other related entities
  • Assisting clients with tax planning strategies and consulting projects
  • Researching and supporting multi-state tax matters
  • Managing multiple engagements while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
  • Developing strong relationships with business owners and serving as a trusted advisor
  • Working closely with partners and managers to resolve complex tax issues


Qualifications


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Around 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
  • Experience with individual, business, and pass-through entity taxation
  • The ability to independently manage projects and client relationships
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • CPA or EA designation preferred, though candidates actively pursuing certification are encouraged to apply
