Superintendent – Luxury Residential Builder (Palm Beach County, FL)

A rapidly growing luxury and high-end residential builder in Palm Beach County is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to get in with a company on the rise—offering immediate leadership on a meaningful workforce housing project in Lake Worth, with a clear pathway into managing some of the area’s most exclusive custom residential builds.

About the Role

The Superintendent will take full ownership of field operations for an upcoming workforce housing community in Lake Worth. This role is critical to ensuring the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Upon successful completion, this individual will transition into overseeing high-end custom homes and luxury residential projects throughout Palm Beach County.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through final delivery
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant jobsite
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and ownership
• Conduct inspections, manage punch lists, and drive project closeout

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent in residential construction (luxury/custom experience preferred)
• Proven ability to manage ground-up projects from start to finish
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to craftsmanship and quality
• Experience with workforce or multi-unit housing projects is a plus
• Ability to adapt and grow into high-end custom residential construction
