Location: Hybrid — Stamford, CT (2–3 days in office)

Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 base + discretionary bonus

Requirements: 7+ years public accounting tax experience | CPA required | Entrepreneurial mindset essential

We are hiring a Senior Tax Manager for our Stamford office — a ground floor opportunity created by a recent merger that expanded our client base in one of the highest-value markets in the Northeast. Existing clients are already in place. The opportunity to build, own, and grow a book of business in this market is real and immediate.

What We Are Looking For

• Active CPA required
• 7+ years of public accounting tax experience — regional or mid-size firm background strongly preferred
• Complex partnership experience is a strong differentiator
• HNW, closely held business, and small business tax experience — especially relevant for this Stamford opportunity
• Genuine interest in business development and growing into a partner role — this is not a purely technical seat
• Client ownership experience — you have managed relationships, not just prepared returns
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you want to build something, not just maintain it

What We Offer

• Base salary $150,000–$200,000, commensurate with experience
• Discretionary bonus — $7,000–$20,000
