We’re a growing public accounting firm looking to add an experienced Audit Manager to our Nonprofit & Government Services team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals located in or around the Burlington, NC area who are looking for a flexible hybrid environment with strong long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage audits, reviews, and compilations for nonprofit and governmental clients
• Oversee Single Audits and compliance engagements
• Serve as the primary client contact and build long-term relationships
• Review financial statements and audit workpapers
• Mentor and develop seniors and staff accountants
• Assist with practice development and client growth initiatives
• Work closely with leadership on engagement strategy and team planning

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Strong background working with nonprofit, governmental, or Single Audit clients
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing
• Experience managing engagements and leading teams
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a collaborative environment
