Remote Trust & Estate Tax Manager | Independent CPA Firm | HNW Focus | Up to $200k+

Location: 100% Remote (United States)

Compensation: Up to $200k+ base + discretionary bonus

Requirements: 7–10+ years tax experience | Strong 1041 & 706 required | CPA, EA, or J.D. required

We are hiring a Trust & Estate Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join a growing remote practice. If trust, estate, and gift tax is your specialty and you are looking for a firm that genuinely values that depth — this is worth your time.

What We Are Looking For

  • Active CPA, EA, or J.D. required
  • 7–10+ years of tax experience at a public accounting firm or law firm
  • Strong 1041 (Trust) and 706 (Estate) experience required — this is the core of the role
  • Gift tax experience strongly preferred
  • HNW individual (1040) experience strongly preferred
  • Private foundation (990-PF) experience a plus
  • Experience managing client relationships and supervising tax staff
  • Comfortable advising clients and their advisors directly on complex estate and gift planning matters
  • Self-directed and comfortable working fully remote
