As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to help elevate our brand and drive demand across our projects.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact role for a marketing professional who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that support new developments, drive qualified traffic, and strengthen brand positioning in a competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for new and existing developments
• Manage project launches, including branding, positioning, and go-to-market plans
• Oversee digital marketing efforts (paid media, SEO, email campaigns, social media) to generate leads and increase engagement
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure consistent brand execution
• Analyze campaign performance and market trends to optimize results and inform strategy
• Maintain and evolve brand identity across all channels and touchpoints
• Plan and execute events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate, homebuilding, Construction or related industries
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding and storytelling
• Self-starter who is comfortable working in a growing, entrepreneurial company
