Key Responsibilities

• Review complex tax returns for Corporations, Partnerships, and Individuals.
• Advise closely held businesses and high-net-worth clients on proactive tax planning strategies.
• Develop expertise across key industries such as construction, real estate, manufacturing, and professional services.
• Lead and mentor team members, supporting their technical growth and professional development.
• Oversee multiple engagements, collaborating closely with leadership to deliver timely and exceptional client service.
• Research and communicate solutions to complex tax issues, providing strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience within public accounting
• Proven mix of strong technical expertise, leadership and client management skills
• Active CPA license (EA also considered)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• CCH Axcess experience is preferred
