Project Engineer/Sr. Project Engineer – Multifamily Development & Construction

The Project Engineer will play a key role in supporting the construction team on ground-up multifamily developments. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow within a developer-builder environment and gain exposure to both the development and construction sides of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to ensure timely review and distribution
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders
• Assist in coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule
• Support project managers and superintendents with daily construction operations
• Monitor project budgets, logs, and reporting tools
• Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes
• Help ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3+ years of experience in construction or real estate development (multifamily preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
