Remote Healthcare Audit Senior | Independent CPA Firm | Up to $100k + Bonus

Location: 100% Remote (EST/CST time zones preferred)

Compensation: Up to $100,000 base + 10% annual bonus + 3% annual raise

Requirements: 2–3+ years healthcare audit experience | CPA preferred or actively pursuing

We are hiring a Healthcare Audit Senior to join a growing assurance practice. This is a growth hire — the firm is expanding its healthcare audit practice and we are looking for the right person to grow with us.

What We Are Looking For

• 2–3+ years of audit experience with at least 30–40% focus in healthcare
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing
• Solid foundation across audit engagements — planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up
• Comfortable working directly with clients and communicating findings clearly
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and collaborative by nature
• EST or CST time zone required
