We’re partnering with several highly respected CPA firms that are expanding their Pass-through tax practices and seeking talented professionals from Manager through Principal levels.
These opportunities are ideal for CPAs who enjoy working with Pass-throughs, S-corps, and Partnerships—where your strength is complex compliance, sophisticated tax planning, or building trusted client relationships.

- Lead complex Pass-through tax engagements
- Prepare and review sophisticated S-corp and Partnership tax returns

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead tax engagements from start to finish, including planning, budgeting and monitoring fees, execution, and delivery
- Passthrough tax compliance and consulting
- Partnership and S corporation returns (Forms 1065 and 1120S)
- Multi-state tax filings
Requirements:
- CPA required; EA considered for select opportunities
- Public accounting experience with a strong pass-through focus
- Experience serving mid-small sized businesses, S-corps and Partnerships
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
- Leadership experience
