Senior Manager, Transaction Advisory Services – Remote (U.S.)

Location: Remote - Eastern & Central time zones

Compensation: $150,000 – $190,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits


We are an established Top 100 public accounting and advisory firm with a long-standing presence supporting middle-market businesses, private equity groups, and investors. With over 50 years in the market and a broad platform across tax, audit, and advisory, the firm continues to invest in its consulting practices, including the expansion of a dedicated Transaction Advisory Services team. This team has been attracting professionals who want to stay close to deals while operating in a more structured and sustainable environment.


As part of continued growth, we are building out a dedicated Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team and are hiring experienced TAS Managers and Senior Managers. This is a smaller, focused group within a broader advisory platform, offering strong deal exposure and the opportunity to work closely with leadership as the team continues to expand.


Position Overview

This role will focus on supporting buy-side and sell-side transactions, with an emphasis on financial due diligence and quality of earnings (QoE) across middle-market deals. You will work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to evaluate financial performance, identify key risks, and support critical transaction decisions.


What You Will Do

  • Lead and support financial and operational due diligence engagements
  • Perform quality of earnings (QoE) analysis and assess sustainability of earnings
  • Analyze historical financials, working capital trends, and key business drivers
  • Develop financial models, forecasts, and supporting analysis
  • Participate in client meetings and interact with executive leadership teams
  • Assist with transaction-related accounting and reporting matters
  • Manage multiple engagements and timelines in a client-facing environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams across audit, tax, and advisory


Qualifications

  • CPA required
  • 5+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory (will consider Audit or related advisory work)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Master's degree preferred)
  • Experience with buy-side / sell-side diligence and QoE
  • Strong financial analysis and accounting fundamentals
  • Ability to operate in a client-facing, fast-paced environment
