Job Title: Electrical Project Manager / Senior Electrical Project Manager

Role Summary: Join our Mission Critical / Data Center team to manage high profile project(s) here in the US

Compensation: Up to $200k base + annual bonus & full benefits

We're one of leaders in the Electrical Contracting space across the US as routinely ranked as one of the top players. Over 1,000 licensed electricians to assist our clients with commercial, industrial, mission critical, residential & infrastructure projects.

We've been in business for 25+ years and with the continued boom in mission critical projects our team continues to add for both experienced Project Managers, Senior Project Managers & Superintendents. These roles are traveling to parachute into the project site(s).

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction for one or more Data Center electrical projects
• Manage financial aspects of contracts
• Perform takeoffs and price change orders & project related quotes
• Work closely with Project Executive to ensure accurate tracking & financial reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management (preferred)
• Hyperscale Data Center experience (preferred)
• Data Center experience (required)
• 6+ or more years' of electrical construction project management experience with projects $20 million +
• Proficient in Accubid, Blue Beam, Procore, CX Allow, BIM360, MS Project, P6 and other industry standard software
