REMOTE Tax Manager | Growing CPA Firm | $130K–$165K+

We're partnering with a growing, approximately 40-person CPA firm that has built the kind of environment a lot of Tax Managers are looking for — interesting clients, strong internal support, modern systems, and room to advance without getting buried in layers of bureaucracy.

They're adding a Remote Tax Manager as the firm continues to grow across the Southeast.

A True Generalist Tax Role

The portfolio is approximately 50% Individuals / 50% Business Entities, including:

• High-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners
• S Corps, Partnerships, and closely held businesses
• Complex individual returns connected to operating businesses and investments
• Multi-state tax work
• Estates, trusts, and some nonprofit returns
• Year-round planning and advisory

At the Manager level, the emphasis is primarily on review, client relationships, planning, and developing staff rather than sitting in a prep-heavy role.

What They're Looking For

• 5–10+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong mix of Individual and Business Entity taxation
• Experience reviewing returns and managing client relationships
• Ability to mentor Seniors and Associates
• CPA or EA required

Compensation: $130K–$155K+, depending on experience.
