Position: Tax Manager

Compensation: $125k-$160k base | Bi-annual bonuses | Profit sharing

Requirements: CPA or EA preferred | 1-2+ years management experience

Location: Miami, FL (hybrid 2-3 days a week in office)

Established CPA firm with 80+ professionals serving construction, real estate, and closely-held businesses

This role offers the chance to manage diverse tax clients, mentor junior staff, and potentially grow into our international tax practice with real succession opportunities.

What You'll Do:

• Manage complex tax returns and compliance for construction, real estate, and small business clients
• Review and supervise work of tax seniors and staff
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Mentor junior team members and support their development
• Support international tax initiatives with growth potential

What You'll Bring:

• 1-2+ years of tax management experience with solid tenure history
• Strong accounting and bookkeeping foundation
• CPA or EA preferred
• Experience with small-to-mid market clients
• Construction, real estate, or closely-held business background is a plus
• Proficiency with CCH ProSystems and CCH Engagement

Total Compensation:

• Base: $125,000 - $160,000
• Bi-annual performance bonuses (summer and year-end)
• Profit sharing
