What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead tax engagements from start to finish, overseeing compliance, consulting, and planning for S-Corps, Partnerships, and Individuals
• Manage client deadlines, filings, billing/collections, etc.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic tax guidance and solutions
• Coach and mentor junior associates to support team growth and development
• Contribute to a team oriented environment with opportunities for rapid professional development

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant tax experience at a public accounting firm
• Experience serving business entities and their owners, including multi-state tax compliance and consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s degree a plus)
• CPA or EA required
• Experience with CCH Axcess preferred
• Strong technical expertise paired with excellent communication and people skills
• Proficiency with tax technology and project management tools
