Title: Senior Tax Manager / Manager / Director

Remote: Yes — 100% Remote anywhere in the U.S.

Compensation: $140k–$260k+ base, depending on level, experience & credentials + bonus

Responsibilities

• Manage complex tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships/pass-through entities, C-Corporations, trusts, and estates
• Opportunity to work with sophisticated UHNW families and highly complex, multi-tiered trust structures for qualified candidates
• C-Corporate Tax: 8+ years of experience required
• Trust Tax: High-level expertise in complex trusts required; estate experience is a strong plus

Requirements

• CPA or EA required
• 7+ years of relevant tax experience required for fully remote candidates
• Experience with one or more of the following areas:
• High-net-worth individual taxation
• Partnership/pass-through taxation
• C-Corporation taxation
• Complex trusts and estate planning
• Senior-level trust candidates should have experience with highly complex, multi-tiered trusts, typically involving UHNW families or family groups

Compensation & Benefits

• $140k–$260k+ base salary depending on experience and level
