We are partnering with a Top 200-ranked CPA firm known for its deep industry expertise, innovative approach, and people-first culture. Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join its expanding tax practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide tax advice, guidance, and planning strategies to clients
- Prepare and review complex individual, business, and corporate tax returns
- Analyze financial information and identify potential tax opportunities and issues
- Conduct year-end strategic tax planning
- Manage, review, and oversee the work of junior tax professionals
- Stay current on changes in tax laws and regulations and evaluate their potential impact on clients
- Manage and mentor members of the tax team
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Assist with financial statement review and related accounting matters
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of public accounting experience with a CPA firm
- CPA or EA preferred, but not required
- Strong technical tax knowledge and experience reviewing complex returns
- Ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior staff
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
