Are you a tax professional who enjoys working with High Net Worth clients but is ready for a more sustainable pace? Our client, a rapidly expanding wealth management firm with a national footprint, is building out its in-house tax team and is looking to add a Tax Associate or Senior Tax Associate to support its continued growth.
This is a unique opportunity to step away from the long hours and seasonal intensity of traditional public accounting while continuing to work on complex, engaging tax matters for sophisticated clients.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for High Net Worth individuals and families
- Work on complex tax situations including multi-state filings, investments, trusts, and partnerships
- Collaborate with wealth advisors on proactive tax planning strategies
- Assist in identifying tax-saving opportunities and planning initiatives for clients
- Support ongoing tax compliance and advisory projects as the team grows
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or on track is a plus)
- Tax Associate: 2+ years of relevant experience
- Senior Tax Associate: 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience working with High Net Worth individuals, trusts, and/or partnerships
- Strong technical tax knowledge with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
