The Opportunity

We’re seeking an Audit Manager or Senior Audit Manager to join our expanding audit practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, building client relationships, and working with organizations that make an impact—particularly in the nonprofit sector, which represents a meaningful portion of our client base.

You’ll step into a visible role with room to grow, influence the direction of the practice, and be supported by leadership that wants to see you advance.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, including nonprofit leadership and boards
  • Review audit workpapers and financial statements to ensure quality and compliance
  • Coach, mentor, and develop seniors and staff auditors
  • Collaborate with partners and senior leadership on client service and growth initiatives
  • Contribute to the continued expansion of the firm’s nonprofit audit practice


What We’re Looking For

  • CPA required
  • 6+ years of public accounting experience
  • Prior audit management experience (or strong readiness for the next step)
  • Exposure to nonprofit audits and an interest in continuing in this space
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-service skills
  • A collaborative mindset and desire for long-term growth
