Whether you're looking to deepen your Transaction Advisory expertise, take on greater responsibility, or move toward leadership, there is a clear opportunity to grow with the firm.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Performing financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transactions
  • Analyzing historical and projected financial information
  • Evaluating quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow, and key financial trends
  • Identifying and communicating financial risks and opportunities

  • Supporting multiple engagements across a variety of industries
  • For Senior Associates/Supervisors, taking on increased responsibility for engagement execution, client interaction, and mentoring junior team members

What We're Looking For

The firm is open to candidates at multiple levels, so the ideal background will depend on where you are in your career.

We're particularly interested in professionals with:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA, or progress toward the CPA, is a plus but not required

Candidates coming from public accounting audit who are interested in transitioning into Transaction Advisory are encouraged to apply.

Benefits That Actually Make a Difference

The firm offers a comprehensive package designed to support employees both professionally and personally, including:

  • 401(k) with company match
  • Profit sharing
  • Up to 6 weeks of PTO
  • Summer Friday hours
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits
  • Professional development and continuing education opportunities
  • Strong emphasis on career advancement
  • A collaborative, supportive, and genuinely people-focused culture
  • 100% remote flexibility

The Bottom Line

If you're looking for a Transaction Advisory opportunity where you can do interesting work, continue developing your career, work with talented professionals, and have a life outside of work, this could be an excellent fit.

You won't be joining a massive national firm where you're just another number. You'll be joining a stable, growing, privately owned CPA firm that has built its success around its people—and is continuing to invest in them.

If you're an Associate, Senior Associate, or Supervisor with Transaction Advisory, Financial Due Diligence, or relevant Audit experience, we'd love to speak with you.
