The Role

The Project Manager will lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who understands the unique demands of healthcare environments and thrives in a collaborative, relationship-driven culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage healthcare construction projects from award through completion
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
  • Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to all stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality expectations
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and resolve issues proactively
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Support repeat clients by delivering consistent, high-quality results


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial GC
  • Strong healthcare construction experience (hospitals, medical offices, clinics, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project requirements
  • Solid understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
