Remote Senior Tax Accountant – Prep-Heavy

Location: Remote (US-Based)

Compensation: $95,000–$115,000 base + 10–15% annual bonus

Position Summary:

This Senior Tax Accountant role is a hands-on, preparation-focused position supporting our tax practice. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical tax work and wants predictable hours without the pressure of business development or people management.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare federal and state tax returns for:
• High-net-worth individuals
• Partnerships
• C-Corporations and S-Corporations
• Assist with tax planning, projections, and extensions
• Collaborate with managers and partners on complex issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
• CPA or EA preferred (or in progress)
• Strong technical tax compliance skills
• Experience with individual and pass-through entities

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary ($95k–$115k)
