Job Title: Construction Laborer / Junior Superintendent

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Company Profile: Built & Sell High End Custom Homes (Typically in the $1 - 5 million) locally in Palm Beach County

Responsibilities: Work closely with Lead/Senior Construction Manager to manage projects

Compensation: Up to $80k base + annual bonus

We're a privately owned real estate development firm in Palm Beach County and currently building spec homes from $1 - 5 million in size. We focus our time on acquiring existing homes & then developing higher end custom homes for resale & focus our efforts primarily in the north end of Palm Beach County.

Role Responsibilities

• Team up with Sr Construction Manager to deliver final touches on the projects
• Be a keen learner & observer to learn as much about custom home building to down the road be a Construction Manager yourself
• Make sure final punch out lists are completed either by managing trades or willing to be complete tasks yourself

Requirements

• Local to Palm Beach Gardens / West Palm metro market
• Able to travel throughout north Palm Beach county to projects
• Ideally 2+ years of construction experience either at the trade or general contractor level
