Fully Remote - Tax Senior Manager/Director HNW Partnerships & Trust Focus

Location: Fully Remote - Anywhere in the U.S.

Compensation: Up to $275K base + bonus

License: CPA or EA Required

Experience: Minimum 7+ years Public Accounting

We are a Top 100 public accounting and advisory firm that is expanding our tax practice and seeking experienced Sr. Tax Manager and Director to support continued growth across several specialty areas. We offer the flexibility of a fully remote environment while working with sophisticated clients, including HNW individuals, closely held businesses, partnerships, trusts, and estates.

We are seeking a tax professional with deep experience servicing HNW individuals and families, including complex trust structures, partnership taxation, and pass-through entities. The ideal candidate has worked extensively with trusts receiving significant Schedule K-1 income, understands multi-state tax implications, and regularly advises affluent clients on complex tax planning matters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and review complex tax engagements for HNW individuals, families, trusts, and related entities.
• Review fiduciary, individual, and partnership tax returns.
• Work with trusts that receive substantial Schedule K-1 income from operating partnerships and investment entities.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on client service and practice growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• CPA or EA required
• Minimum 7+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong client-facing and advisory skills
• Experience reviewing complex tax returns and leading engagements
• Significant experience with:
• HNW individual taxation
• Trust taxation
• Partnership taxation
• Schedule K-1 reporting and analysis
• Multi-state tax matters
